N54 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the n54 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or making any transaction.
These Terms take effect from the date you register an n54 account or begin using the platform, whichever comes first.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using the n54 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You understand that online gambling may be subject to regulations in your country or region.
- You agree to be bound by all these Terms and any amendments made from time to time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Set a strong password and keep it confidential.
- Notify n54 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Completing the identity verification process when requested by n54 before your first withdrawal is processed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account. n54 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate games or the n54 platform.
- Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable local laws.
- Using funds obtained through unlawful means to make deposits into your n54 account.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through any communication channel on the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, along with the forfeiture of any unused balances or bonuses.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the n54 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern your financial activity:
- Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX online banking.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
- N54 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review prior to approval.
- Processing times vary by method — check FAQ for the latest estimated processing times.
- N54 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for investigation purposes where necessary.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate minimum wagering requirements. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly until those requirements have been met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Amendments
Limitation of Liability
N54 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including technical outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events. n54's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the n54 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of n54 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from n54.
Amendments to Terms
N54 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.

Account Suspension and Closure
N54 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to n54's internal review policy.

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law.
